Halo Beauty Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to manage, modify, or cancel your Halo Beauty 
subscription. Subscriptions are managed by our subscription platform 
partner, ReCharge.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a Halo Beauty product, you authorize us to charge 
your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency you 
selected at enrollment. Subscriptions automatically renew until you 
cancel. You will receive an email reminder approximately 3 days before 
each renewal shipment.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Halo Beauty subscription at any time, with no 
penalty, by:

1. Logging into your account at account.halobeauty.com
2. Selecting "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details
3. Choosing the subscription you want to cancel
4. Clicking "Cancel Subscription"

You can also cancel by emailing support@halobeauty.com with your order 
number and request. Cancellation requests submitted at least 24 hours 
before your next scheduled billing date will prevent the upcoming charge. 
Requests submitted after billing has already occurred will take effect 
for the following billing cycle, and the in-process order will ship as 
scheduled.

Skip a Shipment

If you'd like to keep your subscription but skip an upcoming delivery, 
you can do so anytime through your account portal under Manage 
Subscriptions — without canceling.

Change Frequency

You can switch between 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month delivery intervals 
anytime from your account portal.

Pause a Subscription

You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your account 
portal under Manage Subscriptions.

Refunds on Cancellation

If you cancel after a shipment has already been processed, that order 
will ship as scheduled and is non-refundable except as provided in our 
60-day money-back guarantee. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Subscription Pricing

Your subscription price is locked at the rate you enrolled at. We will 
provide at least 30 days' written notice (by email) before any price 
change, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes 
effect.

If you have trouble accessing your account, can't locate your subscription, 
or need help canceling, contact us at support@halobeauty.com and we will 
process your cancellation request within 1-2 business days.
